Racism, spirituality and the chakras; three things that you don’t see together very often. Surprisingly, they can actually work together very well. During this workshop, we will unpack the structures, language and phrases used to describe racism. This will be done in a safe, non-judgemental and at times humours workshop. This interactive workshop we will break down these words and phrases that tend to confuse, scare and sometimes create denial of racism. While examining these words, we will show you how racism affects everyone’s chakra system and how using spirituality can help you to become a conscious anti-racist. This workshop can help give you some understanding and motivation to combat systemic racism, because spiritually, it affects us all, not just BIPOC individuals.
