AH-01 Foundations of Meditation ; Chakra Awareness
This introductory course begins your journey into conscious self-awareness, meditation practice, and embodied spirituality. Students are introduced to foundational concepts that support both personal reflection and emotional well-being, including mindfulness, meditation, and the symbolic framework of the chakra system.

Through reflective practices and guided discussions, participants explore how to respond to emotions with curiosity and compassion rather than reacting automatically. Emphasis is placed on developing emotional regulation skills, increasing self-
understanding, and creating space for both strengths and challenges within the human experience.

AH-04 Personal Growth: Integrating the Inner Child and the Adult Self – 15 hours
AH-03 Understanding the Inner Self ; Parts of Identity
We explore the many inner aspects that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Participants are introduced to the concept of “parts of self,” sometimes described as sub-personalities, inner voices, or internal perspectives that develop throughout life in response to experiences and relationships.
Through reflective practices and guided discussions, students learn to recognize common inner dynamics such as the inner critic, protective parts, and the creative or playful aspects often associated with the inner child. Rather than attempting to eliminate these inner voices, the course emphasizes developing awareness, compassion, and cooperation among different aspects of the self.
Participants explore how greater self-understanding can support emotional integration, creativity, and personal growth. The course also examines how periods of transition and challenge can become opportunities for reflection and transformation when approached with patience and self- compassion.
Topics and Learning Experiences Include
- Introduction to parts-of-self models and understanding internal perspectives such as the
inner critic and protective voices. - Exploring the inner child as a symbolic representation of creativity, vulnerability, and emotional memory.
- Reflecting on cycles of personal growth and transformation, sometimes described as seasonal or developmental phases.
- Understanding experiences of uncertainty or loss of direction that may arise during periods of personal change.
- Exploring shadow aspects of the personality and developing compassionate awareness toward previously rejected parts of self.
- Reflecting on the role of shame, self-judgment, and self-compassion in emotional development.
Participants are encouraged to approach these explorations gently and at their own pace, recognizing that inner awareness grows through patience, curiosity, and respectful self-reflection.
AH-04 Personal Growth: Integrating the Inner Child and the Adult Self
This module explores the process of personal growth through understanding both early life experiences and the development of mature self-awareness. Participants reflect on how childhood patterns, creativity, emotional expression, and curiosity continue to influence adult life.
Through reflective exercises and guided discussion, students explore the concept of the inner child as a symbolic representation of creativity, spontaneity, vulnerability, and emotional memory. Participants learn how reconnecting with these qualities can support greater self-compassion,creativity, and emotional balance.
The course also emphasizes the development of the adult self—cultivating responsibility, personal boundaries, and thoughtful decision-making. By integrating awareness of both youthful creativity and mature self-leadership, participants develop a more balanced and authentic sense of identity.
Topics and Learning Experiences Includ

This course introduces students to the ways people throughout history have explored experiences that extend beyond ordinary waking awareness. Drawing from contemplative traditions, psychology, and symbolic interpretation, participants learn how altered or expanded states of awareness can arise through meditation, imagination, dreams, and deep reflection.
Rather than encouraging extraordinary experiences for their own sake, the course focuses on developing grounded awareness, discernment, and the ability to remain present while observing inner imagery, intuitive impressions, or symbolic experiences. Students learn practical tools for distinguishing between imagination, emotional responses, and intuitive insight, while maintaining a stable connection to everyday reality.
Through guided exercises and reflective practices, participants explore how inner imagery, dreams, and symbolic perception can support personal insight and self-understanding. Emphasis is placed on integration—bringing meaningful awareness from contemplative experiences into daily life in
ways that support emotional balance and personal growth.

Participants examine different perspectives on intuitive perception from spiritual traditions, psychology, and personal experience. Through reflective discussion and guided exercises, students learn how intuition can complement rational thinking and emotional awareness.
A key focus of the course is developing discernment—learning to distinguish intuitive impressions from emotional reactions, assumptions, or imagination. Students explore how intuitive awareness may appear in different forms such as sensory impressions, inner imagery, symbolic understanding, or a felt sense of knowing. Emphasis is placed on maintaining grounded awareness and ethical responsibility when interpreting intuitive experiences.

Through guided demonstrations and supervised practice, students explore respectful and consent-based methods often used in energy awareness traditions.
