Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet and hands which correspond to every body part, organ and gland. Stimulation of the reflex points can help to alleviate health problems, stress and balance body functions. Foot treatments are said to dissolve the hardened toxins, which accumulate in the body in the form of tiny crystals. Upon completion of the course, exam and case studies, the student can become a Certified Reflexologist. Areas covered in this 45-hour course:
- Understanding the feet and reflex points
- Locating reflex points correctly
- Finger and thumb pressure techniques
- Reflexology to help health problems
