AH-08 Foundations of Energy Awareness Supportive Healing Practices
Introducing participants to the principles of energy awareness and supportive healing practices from a psycho-spiritual perspective. Many traditions describe a natural life energy that influences our sense of vitality, emotional balance, and presence with others. In this module, students explore how personal awareness, intention, and emotional state can affect interpersonal interactions and the quality of supportive care we offer others.
Participants will learn practices for sensing and regulating their own energetic and emotional state before engaging in supportive exercises with others. The chakra system is re-introduced as a symbolic framework for understanding patterns of energy and emotional expression within the body. Through guided demonstrations and supervised practice, students explore respectful and consent-based methods often used in energy awareness traditions.
The course emphasizes ethical boundaries, personal responsibility, and the importance of self-care. Rather than positioning participants as “healers,” the focus is on developing presence, compassionate attention, and supportive practices that encourage relaxation, balance, and self- awareness.

AH-09 Sound, Vibration ; Conscious Expression

Across cultures, sound has long been used in contemplative practices to support relaxation, focus, and a deeper sense of connection with oneself and the surrounding environment. Participants are introduced to a variety of sound-based practices that encourage mindful listening, vocal expression, and creative exploration.

instruments can be incorporated into meditation or reflective practice.

The course also introduces contemporary discussions that connect spirituality, psychology, and emerging perspectives from science related to consciousness and human perception.
