- The psychospiritual qualities of quartz and coloured crystals
- Activating crystals for emotional release, mental clarity, grounding, balancing, transforming and amplifying energies
- Crystal colour frequencies and how they resonate to the 7 chakras through hands-on exercises
- Creating harmony and flow in the physical body and subtle energy fields

Pre-Requisite: Course #1 and #5 from the Discovering the Total Self Program or comparable experience is recommended.
